With over 20 years of cycling experience in north Florida, Bike Fitters has experience with every kind of bicycle enthusiast. Near the coast in St. Augustine, road biking is a very popular way of getting exercise and having fun. Triathlons are also very popular for the hardcore athlete, and require a more specialized road bike. For the more laid back cyclist, the townies and cruisers are an excellent way of getting around or cruising the beach. Further inland, rock quaries and sand dune ridges make for some superb mountain biking that you wouldn't expect in Florida. Recumbent cycling has also become popular for their comfortable ergonomics.
